Tools now damage enemies (slightly)
also...
Several small bug fixes.
-Dying no longer locks up your game!
-No more of that irritating stutter step.
-Axes *should* work properly on eucalyptus trees.
-Axes no longer provide wrong feedback when swinging at things that aren't trees
